  • I'm giving two stars because Amalia (at the register) was awesome and earned this place back some stars. Otherwise, I've been disappointed every time I come here. The manager was very weird about customer service. I stated that I wanted some nice fabric scrubs- and she told me that all fabric is nice fabric and said I just didn't care for them properly. It was awkward. She asked me- "so you don't want cotton?". I told her that I liked the fabrics that offer more motion. I asked her about my size and she stated they didn't carry that size and I'd have to order it- however I saw that size all over the store, but not in the fabric I wanted. She also kind of yelled it out loud- which I get was strange to discuss someone's size in front of everyone in the store. I find that other scrub stores offer more variety and petite sizes- and the customer service is more helpful. I think this place could be great with a couple improvements in these areas! Customer service is about making the customer feel wanted, comfortable, and smart! ; )
