  • I needed same day service on my A/C when it stopped blowing. They were able to send a technician out within the time frame they initially scheduled. They arrived and quickly diagnosed a bad blower motor. The office staff was able to locate a factory replacement motor on the other side of town. The tech's went to pick it up (in rush hour traffic) and returned to install it. They kept me informed of what they were doing and what it was going to cost. The motor was covered under warranty! I paid for the labor and I always felt they were giving me an honest assessment of what was going on. They will now be my go to company for annual A/C check-ups and anything else I need.
