  • Was there today for Easter Dinner. Was very disappointed. Perhaps I have higher standards. It was a Buffet today. The ham was soaking in water in a chafing dish. No pineapple glaze or anything available to try to add flavor to the ham. No sweet potatoes offered. They had mashed potatoes but no gravy. There was turkey. I was going to try and take the turkey juices and spoon onto my mashed potatoes. But there were no spoons on the Buffet nor on the tables with our place settings. I would not recommend! I would be afraid to have a banquet there or a wedding.
