  • If I could give no stars I would I had them install a backcat exhaust system on my F150. Two weeks later I'm driving down beeline highway and my spare starts smoking I pull over and realize that 4 wheel parts had ran the exhaust to close to the spare. I took my tire back and they stated they really didn't see the problem get out of our shop. 2 days later they called my son and said oh your front end alignment on your dodge Dakota is done. My son goes and picks up the truck and states the rack and piñon will stop gushing by the time you get home. He was correct it stopped leaking when it was all goneforcing us to tow it home. Sure enough thank god Arizona rack upheld their warranty and did the work over, Az rack did say if 4 wheel parts would have let them know they would have warranties the rack.
