  • After they repair my phone and change LCD it works fine for the first day, but then the screen starting to froze, I have to lock and unlock in order to use it. I went back once and told them to fix it for me since they have some repair policy, but they told me they didn't find any problems. Things gotten worse on yesterday, the touch screen was completely frozen, my phone had no reaction at all besides lock/unlock button and home button. I went to another store to repaired that and they told me this place is using cheap screen and cheap materials on my phone, that's why it can only got worse. This whole thing caused me another $110 to fix my phone. The lady in the front desk ask me to give them a good review on Yelp and I did (5 stars), but I have to take it back, this is terrible experience. Overall: Good attitude terrible quality, just go somewhere else.
