rev:text	Let me start off by saying, I do not like to leave negative reviews, BUT I am really disappointed. I went to the seductive lash because my other lash lady was to far for me. My first impression was, what a cute salon. The whole processes was easy and pain free. I loved how my lashes looked, until I got home and noticed on my right eye the inner and outer corners weren't completed. I thought hey maybe she was just rushing. The first couple of days after visiting the seductive lash, my eyes were really red and sensitive. If I were to push up on my lashes they would hurt as if they were placed way to close to my lash line. I had gotten a volume fill, and when my lashes started to shed it looked more like 3 lashes stuck together not a volume fan. As it got closer to my appointment, I got a text from Tara asking if I could go sooner then I was scheduled. I have a life and I wasn't able to make it to the earlier appointment or even the scheduled one. I asked if she had an opening on Friday, and she said a flat out no. I asked her to cancel my appointment, and she responded to me with " you can't do Wednesday at noon?" When I responded I had told her no, and then she finally offered for me to go in on Thursday but I told her I had school, never received a response but I did get a cancelation email. I really wish the costumer service was better, you should not question why your clients are rescheduling. I finally removed the lashes yesterday and was disgusted, there was one lash stuck to three of mine, and my individual lash extensions were clumped together. YEP MY NATURAL LASHES ARE DAMAGED. I now have a gap in my right eye, and the lashes look broken. I really wanted to love this place but I don't think I will be going back.
