  • This Starbucks is a record holder. It's the slowest Starbucks in northeast Ohio. There could be 8 people working there. It doesn't matter. I also notice there is always a manager doing "paperwork" while the line gets longer and longer. As for the coffee - it's your usual Starbucks. Nothing special.
