  • I have been going to the Richmond Hill location for as long as I can remember and I'm so excited it's finally near me! Management: Easy to spot with a big wooden sign. They offer a free sample as soon as you get near the cashier and they explain the current specials, which is helpful. I went after school so there was nobody else there - I would be interested to see how they handle a big line-up. Cleanliness: A rustic feel to the interior and all the tables were wiped and clean along with the chairs. The exterior is still in the works but I would say this place would fit more people than the RH location. Service: Knowledgeable, friendly, and asked me if I was sure I didn't want any sugar in my drink (thoughtful). They have a special right now where you can get one drink from the "black" list and one from the "white" list for $8.85, but I'll be listing the following items with their regular price: 1. Royal No. 9 Black Tea (Large $5.10 + $0.50 for tapioca): This is my favourite drink because they put a spin on the regular milk tea that everyone might be used to - they infuse it with blueberries! It's so creative and unique and the flavour is subtle but refreshing! I would recommend this to anyone! The tapioca is firm, which I prefer because it doesn't just melt in my mouth, but there's actually texture to it. 2. Apple of My Eye ($6.00 comes with aloe jelly) This is an apple vinegar slush drink with aloe jelly included and only comes in the large size. I'm not the biggest fan of aloe jelly so it was a bit too squishy for me. It was perfect for a hot summer day and the right amount of sour and sweet in my opinion (I've been told that I really like sour drinks and it's too sour for some of my friends so heed this warning if you don't like sour drinks) This drink doesn't come with sugar but honey instead and unfortunately, they don't customize the amount of honey. I will definitely come again and again and it seems like right after school is the best time to do it because I get the place all to myself to enjoy the delicious bubble tea! Bring a friend! The black and white special will be going on until the end of June!
