rev:text	Searching for a little girls cruiser bike is harder then i would have imagined...thus, leaving it to shop for til the week of my lil girls birthday...almost bad dad award. After seeing suggestions from the big box stores i decided to really look at the smaller mom and pop shops because you really do get better service there, they know your name after going there a couple time and it feels like family. So after searching and calling some of the other top rated shops in Phx, i was thoroughly frustrated! I kept hearing that "we dont carry girls kids bikes" or "they only come in black." Until i called Sun Cyclery...i forget who i spoke with first but he was super helpful, walking me through the different models, physically walking into their warehouse area and checking boxes for what they had, checking colors...etc i was sold. Next, had to sell the wife on the bike for the daughter...she had picked out big box bike and i am a more over the top custom person, so she naturally thinks the bikes i have chosen should be ridden by spicoli from fast times...so after getting a no from her, i call the guys at sun back, again, super helpful and explaining the different options and colors and just overall, very personable and they know their stuff. So today, i got the wife to get in the car and drive down there. First couple models she wasnt having it, but then, the guys at sun hear what shes looking for and show her the Element..."sweet ride" model with ice cream cones on fenders and paint, light mint blue with chocolate and pink colored handle bar grips! We didnt have a lot of time and it was in the box still...so they offered to build after they got done with a bike ahead of our new one. They could see we reluctantly said ok becauee we were pressed for time so they went above and beyond and grabbed some more guys and got it put together. Once together, they checked for rattles, and again, was adding rubber grommets to the bike fasteners to limit the noise and make it a smooth ride for my 7 year old's first cruiser. Plus, 1st tune up is free! Sun Cyclery is awesome and definitely won and earned our family of 8 business! Thanks guys! Definitely back for the rest of the fams bikes!
