  • I will try to make this short and not-so-sweet...this is the worst salon ever. First of all, the deal of getting you to buy discount certificates plus the system of levels of stylist is a complete scam. A "Level 1" to a "Level 5" is exactly the same but big difference in price. You request a Level 1 at the lowest price and as soon as they've been there only a couple months they move them up at a much higher price and they're no better. I have been to five different stylists here in the process of trying to get my hair corrected from a nightmare screwup and no one in this place is either talented or cares about their quality of service. Do not waste your time, money or appearance!
