  • I work in sales and travel a lot. I have vast experience dealing with many car rental companies. I can tell you without a doubt this is the WORST Car rental company ever. In short, if you don't want a really bad travel experience look elsewhere to get a car. To sum up my experience, this company (a word that should be used loosely) is more like a few people decided to buy some cars and rent them out with ZERO business experience. You will wait an hour for the shuttle , which is a guy in a minivan (not even kidding). I was given a compact car after renting a mid size, they had nothing else there. The wiper blades didn't work, and it was out of washer fluid. Then I was charged $550 for what was supposed to be a $280 rental for the week. On top of that this company doesn't even go by the name EZ up in Canada, it goes by the name Trans Canada Payless. RIP OFF - SCAMMERS - STAY AWAY!
