  • I went to this shop with high hopes. Did not even get to the install process. THey (Dustin) have me some crap about "The Credit Card" company is scamming and double dipping people if they use a chip based credit card at their shop. Really? I got up early on my day off, planned my day out around the install, and then I get this lame story. I was planning on getting a lot done to my car at this shop. But definitely not now. But he did say they ordered a chip machine, Really? If this is how they do business, I will never return! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Before this morning I was figuring all these bad reviews were wrong, but after this experience I am thinking they are spot on! I will be going to BEST BUY tomorrow to have the work done. Maybe there are better than BB, but at least I know if there us an issue, BB will take care of the customer.
