  • When we purchased a new home that was in the process of being built earlier this summer, we started searching for a family run furniture store like the one we have used for the past 16 years in California. After doing a lot of research, we ran across the great reviews for iDeal Furniture and my wife Terri e-mailed them to ask several questions. Christina was great at responding and told us to stop by their store to check it out whenever we were in the area. We made a trip in early August and finally got the chance to meet Christina and Jerry. What a breath of fresh air! No pressure to purchase at all but we did receive a lot of good information. After narrowing down our choices, Christina (who is a designer and has awesome ideas) helped us make our final selections and wrote up our contract knowing there might be some delays in finishing the home. They received our furniture early and stored it for us until we were able to close escrow. Christina and Terri have become frequent e-mail buddies through this process and she considers Christina to be one of her very dear friends. Yesterday Jerry and his crew came out and delivered/installed 3 bedroom sets and family room furniture. We absolutely love everything we purchased and will be utilizing them for future purchases. If you want quality American made furniture and excellent customer service, you need look no further than iDeal Furniture. They are the real deal and come with our highest recommendations.
