  • I stopped in today looking for a higher end after shave for myself. As I wondered throughout the store it seemed a little pretentious but thought as I hadn't spoke to anyone it was just the optics of the store. When I couldn't find the fragrance section a sales person approached and and offered help. When I asked they didn't even direct me over to fragrances and just told me they were positive they didn't carry what I was looking for and basically verbally escorted me out of the store. These people need to realize that customers are the reason that they are there.
