We loved this dental office until it showed its true colors on one very unfortunate day we had an appointment. Almost at the exact same time we had our appointment we were informed a close relative had just passed away.
Devastated, we begged Pam and Dr. Kelly to allow us to reschedule. "No way", said Pam, the office manager for Dr. Kelly. "Dr. Kelly won't allow it!", she furthered.
We tried to reason with them only to be flatly rejected and told that we will be billed for a missed appointment. We don't claim to be special or demand special accommodations, but this experience should serve as a warning to anyone who wants a dentist that will show compassion during times of personal tragedy.
