I have no complaints with John's! Yesterday morning I received a call from our tenant in Scottsdale. No A/C. Blowing hot air. Hotter inside than out. I say, "Presto, I have a contract with an A/C company. I'll call right away." I call. He comes at 7:00 that night. I appreciate that part. However, the unit's two parts need to be ordered and picked up. He's scheduling me for Tuesday or Wednesday. Gads, it's Saturday night and that's the best you can do? I get on YELP. I read a lot and do the due diligence. I find John's Refrigeration. I call. I talk to a son of the founder. I tell him my problem. He asks a few questions, I give him a few answers, we schedule a Sunday 8 a.m. appointment, he gets there at 8, and has the motor on his truck. "No need for a fan... it's operating just fine. I can have this thing working in an hour." SOLD. It's more expensive than my A/C guy's estimate, but at least I don't have fried people in my house. When my existing contract runs out with my other refrigeration guy, I'm calling John's.
