  • This review is overall experience we had. Now, our concern were kids biking without helmet, 1 kid was using a huge bike for his size, our neighbourhood is on a slight incline or downhill... We called the non emergency line at around 6pm, they came around 9. Then told my husband that they can't do anything it has to be called in to by-laws I know it's stampede time, I just hope that next time the person who we contacted the first place reroute us to the right department. Despite the fact that this was our 4th time to call them about the same issue. 1 adult supervising, encouraging the kids to race down onto cars possibly turning into the street... Very disappointed.
