  • This place is also known as Club Lashspa. I've never had such bad, frustrating service in my life...from the owner. I got a living social deal, maybe that's why the service was so bad? Not only did they reschedule my 2pm appointment, but when I walked in at 3pm, they told me they had forgotten about me. So they canceled another appointment to fit me in at 4pm. Except that, they needed my credit card number for a service I already had paid for; but I didn't trust their security, since I walked into an unattended office with client files left out. SO, the owner told me I was the most difficult client she has ever had, that I should be grateful I had received such a great deal, and to basically not worry about anything. She was a scatterbrain who told me about her lawsuit with Living Social, how they haven't paid her, so she was collecting credit numbers for security. When I asked her if she would charge my credit card if Living Social didn't pay, she said, "that's a good question", and told me not to freak her out. Cuz she was the customer in this scenario. I almost walked out several times.
