So sad and APPALLING that you would throw your worker Chris under the bus Corey. Chris was professional, communicative and there was NO PROBLEM with the estimate appointment. I think I made it extremely clear in my review that you are the problem Corey. I know that Chris asked you to call me and you didn't. In addition, I left three messages for you at the office that I know you got.
I made it very clear who I was and the type of customer service and workmanship I expected and you talked a big game that your company could meet my expectations until I started asking about the complaints your company has on file.
You showed that you and your company are not transparent and cannot take the heat once questions are asked about the complaints on file. Also, you should have had the backbone to call me and tell me that yourself instead of trying to blame your worker Chris on Yelp (for everyone to see) for something he absolutely didn't do !! If I were him I would be very leery of how you represent him to your customers !!
