  • I spent over 3 years in two different PPM rental properties, both on Mount Washington. Both of the properties were well maintained and nicely updated inside. PPM's online portal is very helpful as you can set up automatic bill payments and easily request maintenance. When we required maintenance, it was always prompt and professional. Our water heater once broke on a Sunday morning and by noon they had already installed a brand new unit. PPM would promptly clear and salt the sidewalks and parking areas during the winter months. I went through PPM's move out process twice and both times I thought the security deposit charges were fair (very small amounts) and were exactly as described in the lease. Katie and the rest of PPM's rental staff were always a pleasure. My wife and I utilized their home buying program which allows you to break your lease on the 15th or 30th of the month if you use a PPM agent to buy your first home. During the home buying process, it was nice knowing that we could take our time and find the house that was right for us. We used Reed as our realtor and we couldn't have been happier. He is a Pittsburgh real estate expert and made the first time home buying process as stress free as possible. Reed also has vast knowledge of many construction concepts and was able to point out various items of concern such as roofing, foundation, HVAC, electrical, etc which made us confident that we were putting an offer in on a sound house. Reed is the president of the Pittsburgh Realtors Association and is thus a very busy guy, but he or is assistant Leslie were always just a text, phone call, or email away and were always responsive. His team added clarity to the home buying process. I've had nothing but great experiences with PPM Realty and I am always recommending them to anyone in the rental or real estate market.
