  • I purchased a gift certificate for Infinity MedSpa at a charity event and it was listed for 2 treatments of Sculpsure. When I called to make my appointment, I mentioned the gift certificate and came in to have the treatment with Alyson and set up my second appointment when I left. I came for my second appointment today and was treated by a different person. Alyson is apparently no longer with the company. When I went to leave I was slapped with a $1600 bill that I cannot afford. They told me that my certificate was for one treatment (which is not what I was told at the charity event). They would not budge on this, so I ended up putting the huge bill on my credit card and I get to make payments on that for the next year. The owner did not seem to be the slightest bit sympathetic. I didn't see results after the first treatment, so I certainly would not have come back for a second if it were not included in the gift certificate.
