##BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!##
The issue is this, our microwave 'doesn't heat up any of our food'.
I called my Home Warr Serv on a Friday and All Dessert Appliance the sent out "their so called technician" Saturday morning. I had asked their office if we can get a courtesy call PRIOR to his arrival. NOPE...I guess he just got out bed, didn't brush his teeth (believe me when I say that). Anyway, we thought he would make some kind of an attempt to show US the customer that he knew what he was doing! NOPE...he open the microwave "said he smelled something funny, like a short maybe"...D'oh! He unplugged the unit, wrote a work-order-invoice and took our $50 deductible in less then 10 minutes!
We waited, Monday~he didn't come to work (so they say). Tuesday~called in sick, mind you HE NEVER TURNED IN the work-order-invoice. Wednesday~I spoke to customers service manager, said he CAN NOT help me because those so call technicians have their own manager! D'oh...Thursday~the "other" manager was NO WHERE to be found!!!....well maybe he's with his technician somewhere "maybe in the mountains, camping, sharing a tent and...well you come up with the conclusion!....
Because that's what they did to me and my family when they took our $50!!!!
