  • Like other reviewers, I came here without making reservations or wanting to come. I came because I had a distress voucher from American Airlines because my delayed flight pushed my Charlotte layover to become a 9 hour layover. This hotel had a free shuttle to and from the airport. They have free breakfast starting at 6 am and free coffee/tea 24/7. They're located next door to Cracker Barrel (also a great breakfast option). The woman at the front desk who checked me in was super efficient and friendly. She made checking in really fast. My hotel room was clean and spacious. It had a fridge, microwave and large sink area. Sheets and carpet were also clean. The foyer was modern and had a gas fireplace. They have complimentary toiletries (toothbrush, etc) if you forget yours. There are frozen burgers and burritos in the lobby you can buy. They do was up calls to remind you to get out to the shuttle if you need to catch a flight. The hotel was Superior to my expectations. Thanks Quality Inn for a quality stay. The only downside to the room was the dimness in the main bed area. The bathroom was brightly lit but the rest of the room has lights that are quite moody.
