  • I am beyond impressed with the service I received at the Apple store in Ross Park Mall with Luis! I had taken my phone to get my screen fixed because I had cracked it pretty bad and after checking in they told me to come back in an hour (8:40pm) for pickup. When I went to pick up my phone I got terrible news that they were unable to fix it and I would have to get a whole new phone! Remind you this is 20 minutes before closing time. Not having a lot of storage I haven't been able to back up my phone properly. My consultant Luis walked me through all the steps we need to take so I wouldn't lose any of my pictures and contacts. He stayed over an hour after the store closed to help me and make sure everything was perfect! I cannot thank Luis and the entire apple team enough for everything they did for me yesterday! Truly amazing service and I'm even more proud to be an apple user!!!
