  • Thank God I brought my iPad, I couldn't even get online with their 'wifi' on my computer so couldn't do any real work and the front desk thought it was my problem??? also get more then one person to work the front desk. When I checked in there were 3 valets, one front desk person so I waited 20 minutes to check in and her computer froze too!!! I booked on Hotwire and so they do an extra $25 a day "service" charge??? never had this with hotwire before, what rip off. Great location, just bad management.
