  • I was nervous about booking an auto mechanic for my 2008 Volkswagen Passat, being a single female who doesn't know a whole lot about cars. I was afraid they would see "sucker " plastered across my forehead and take me to the cleaners. I was so pleasantly surprised when I found Autobahn Motorwerks! Michael and his mechanic (Derrick?) were so fair, quick, and thorough! They only work on Volkswagens and Audis, but if you own one of these two makes, these are your guys! They prioritized my repairs and set up a car rental for the day, which Michael reimbursed me for because my timing belt and water pump replacement exceeded $500. They were several hundred dollars cheaper than the dealer and another shop that had quoted me to replace the belt. They also replaced my windshield and side view mirror while my car was there, and for over a hundred dollars less than Safelite had quoted me. Such a great experience! I won't take my car anywhere else! Thanks, Michael!
