  • Absolutely does not know how to plan well for sales promotions. Two days in a row they had no whipped cream. No cup sleeves and were extremely understaffed. I waited over 30 mins for my drinks and they were subpar at best. My latte was cold before I even got home (and I only live 5 mins away). Do yourself a favor and stay away from this Starbucks.
