They were somewhat helpful. They gave me great information upon my car situation and show me what needed to be fix. They did took longer than expected and I kept having to postpone and reschedule or kept my vehicle overnight. I understand it was going to take a while since I needed to replace my engine and they had to order parts for it but it was just too exhausting having to travel back and forth and not knowing when it was going to be finish. I felt like I was being cheated out from the price because they did not show me the receipt of how much the parts were or the cost of each service, instead they just wrote it out and told me it was this much and the total. The main problem was they could not clear out my check engine light even after replacing everything that was needed. I felt like I should have every issue fixed for paying them that much amount for the parts and services. So after a while, I took it to another shop since I needed inspection, oil change etc. I had to get a diagnostic test to see what the problem was with the check engine light and costing me over $100. They also could not do anything about it but did give me a lot of paper forms and details upon the code they were receiving from their scanner so I had to take it to the dealer shop and costing me another $100+ for their diagnostic test, which seems like a lot of BS. I feel like they should be responsible for all the payments and trouble I went through to resolve this situation.
