I first heard about Uncle Tetsu's from my sister, she let me know that the first location that opened in Toronto had line-ups out the door on a daily basis, so I knew it had to be good. I actually got my first slice of Japanese cheesecake from the stand out in the little farmer's market area in front of union station. I walked by, saw that there was no line and jumped in! I just got a slice to start off, but ended up walking away with an entire cake to share with my Husband. It's moist and not over-poweringly sweet. A new favourite for sure!
