rev:text	Wow this is seriously the last time I come to the drive through at this place! I've been sitting here for over 15 minutes and still don't have my coffee!! I've never seen this coffee shop slammed once. Even if it was super busy there's no excuse to wait that long for a luke warm latte. I pull up to the window and pay and am told that my drink hasn't even been started yet. 5 minutes after that I'm told they don't have the milk alternative I asked and paid for. upon receiving my drink and informing the barista how long I've been waiting I'm given an excuse for how I'm not the only customer instead of an apology or a free drink for my trouble. I am all about supporting local business and would rather go to a local spot than Starbucks. After this it experience I'm sure it would be faster and better service to wait in the 15 car line at the Starbucks down the street!!
