  • They had one waitress serving the entire outdoor area during the GKs Winnepeg game 5. She handled herself well considering the amount of tables she had but it's a shame her management didn't recognize she would need help on such a busy and hot day. It took an hour to order food and another hour and 15 to actually get out good, only to be missing an entire entree which they actually charged us for. We also asked them to open a large umbrella which they agreed to then never did. Management needs to better understand business demands on peak days.
