Let's be real here. No one likes the car buying experience but we all must go through it every now and then.
To me it not the experience but the follow up that matters the most. The reminders the emails bout specials the service departments hours etc etc.
I've had nothing but good experience with Scott at the service counter in regards to my Ford Transit Connect. He gave me a time when the car would be fixed and updated me even when I was out of town.
I was nervous about seeing a large bill when I went to pick up my car after the completion of the work yet he reassured me the cost and it want a penny above what he had said.
Having been in the customer service business for many years and even having spent some time in the car business selling I must say the staff at San Tan Ford have renewed my faith in the service of my car.
