  • Very disappointing service. Waited 40 mins to get a return processed. Associate disappeared in the back to process, after patiently waiting I asked two other associates to find the first one; one replied he would but wandered off and the other one downright refused as he said he was too busy ( couldn't even spare a minute after me waiting 40 minutes!). Never going back there again!
