  • I chose Mr. Brake based on all the great Yelp reviews. It's not near my home, but I'd rather go somewhere where I'll be treated with respect and honesty. So my SUV's brake system started acting really weird and I decided to have it checked out. I called them at 8am (right when they open) to give them a heads up that my car would be towed to their shop, and while they had no appointments left for the day, Mark assured me he would try to take a look at it as soon as it got there and give me a call back. Long story short, he spent about 45mins checking everything out and reassured me that my car was safe for driving. He took the time to explain everything to me, and was honest. Because he didn't have to repair or replace any parts, there was no charge (I guess a free diagnostic?) but because of his great customer service and honesty, I'm leaving my yelp review. We ended up giving him a tip anyway for his hard work. If you have any brake issues/needs, go see these guys! They've won us over for life.
