  • Worst customer service EVER. I have been to other DB stores that were absolutely outstanding, however, this DB by far has the worst customer service I have ever experience. Girls are rude and have attitude. Not friendly or helpful at all. The first time I walked in to the store I had to find someone to help me. When the girl at the register asked for backup from another employee, the girl simply responded with, " I'm off the clock." If you're off the clock stop standing around and talking to the other employee who is on the clock. The front desk girl wasn't even greeting or helping anyone because she was too busy talking instead of working..... The second and third time I went in, similar stories. Nothing but attitude. I had to by my dress from DB, if you have a choice don't waste your money. Horrible experience in which their district manager will be hearing from me.
