  • I am so upset with this place. They used to be so good. I brought my Honda here a few months back because I heard a sound. I even recorded the sound, the one grey haired mechanic never seems to pay attention to a woman. Anyway, they told me it was my serpentine belt. I paid 600 bucks and then drove the car home and still heard the same sound! So I called them on the way home and had to bring it back the next day and oh, it was just the back brakes. Cue yesterday. I bring my Toyota in to get an oil change and have them check this gouge in my tire letting them know full well that I have a looong drive ahead of me and I want the car to be 100%. Well after two hours I get a call that my back brakes need to be done, but the tires are OK. So I drop 350 bucks on a brake job, tire rotation, oil change and drive home after waiting four hours. On the way home my steering wheel is shaking violently! I call and they say come back in. I come back in today and they tell me sorry, my bad, you need two new tires immediately! If I had gone on this drive the next day, that back bad tire would have been on the front and could have had a blow out! They said they couldn't do my tires, which they are the ones that put them on three years ago and of course there is no warranty. So I drove to Costco and spent almost 500 dollars on two new tires. I have zero faith in this place anymore and I feel their negligence could have killed my family had I not brought this car back in. All I got was 'my bad' I didn't see the large gouge in the treads. I am a layperson and saw it in my driveway and told them exactly where it was! Costco dude saw it instantly and said yeah you can see the wires! So from now on, go to Costco for tires because they cover everything and never return to Asian Imports. Buyer beware!
