| - Went to the opening night for Stevie Nicks (this review is for the venue, not Stevie, who was amazing) and experienced many kinks that need to be worked out. First off, the line to even get into the venue was unbelievable. It took us over 20 minutes to get into the venue. They were funneling 5000+ people through 7, yes SEVEN, metal detectors. The line snaked through the casino and seemed to be endless. We had initially tried to go through doors located on the exterior of the theater, but were instructed they were only using one entrance. Lines seemed to be the theme of the night, as the wait for a drink took 30 minutes. Luckily they channel the music through speakers and onto TV screens so you can enjoy the show while standing in line. After finally getting our drinks, we headed to our seats. The theater is small, so most seats in the house are good. The seats were pretty comfortable and fairly spacious. After drinking my beer, I of course had to use the restroom. By now, I wasn't surprised to see another line. I waited about 20 minutes to go to the bathroom. I get into the bathroom and see they had 3 urinals and 2 stalls (facepalm). You sell 32 ounce beer and mixed drinks, yet put 5 toilets in a bathroom? Really? I asked one of the women coming out of the woman's restroom, and they too only had 5 toilets. There are plenty of venues in Vegas for acts to book, so if this place doesn't fix some of their issues (the bathrooms are going to be hard to fix since that is a design flaw), they're going to lose out on the good acts. The staff was friendly and helpful, so that was a plus. Will be a good option for shows if/when they get the kinks worked out.
