| - Honestly I was really upset with my visit at this nail salon. First, I had called the salon ahead of time for a deluxe gel pedicure, it was right when they opened so I didn't expect them to take me in right away. When I got through on the phone, a woman picked up, she was very quick and had no interest in what I was saying, she just kept saying "Yes come in, come in, we have time for you!" Even though she had bad customer service on the phone, I still wanted to give them a chance. I came into the salon and no one greeted me until I was there for at least five minutes. Then a woman asked me what I wanted and I had told her I called for a deluxe gel pedicure and they told me you guys had time for me, she told me to sit and wait. Fifteen minutes later I was seated for my pedicure. The woman who was doing my pedicure seemed polite at first but would continuously speak Vietnamese to her co-worker next to her and her co-worker would look up at me. I was perfectly fine with the price I was told it would be, but it wasn't worth it. The pedicure took 30 minutes tops, mind you this was a GEL and DELUXE pedicure. All she did was barely cut my cuticles, scrub my feet, rub an orange slice, cleaned it all off with a hot towel, and massaged my feet for about two minutes. I was very upset with how she was doing the pedicure and the vibe I got from her during. I had hope my polish was at least done decently but no it wasn't, there was polish in my cuticles, and it seemed like the the top coat was all around my toenail. I was very upset with the customer service, the price they had me pay for something that was nowhere worth what I paid, the pedicure itself, and the overall experience. I had still tipped her 20 percent for all the 30 minutes she took to do her job, but I was truly disappointed with everything. I was hoping I would be able to make this my new salon, however from this visit I will not be returning.
