  • Thelma did a good job reshaping my eyebrows and helping to make them more even. However, when I got home I noticed she had taken off a big chunk of my skin, right between my brows! I explicitly stated that I can't wear makeup to work before she started, and now I can't even cover this up... I'm happy with my brow shape, although I showed her a picture of my shape a few years ago that I really wanted to get back, and they don't really look like that. She did ask me how I liked the shape after threading, but once my brows were thinned out, there was really no going back. I'm also of course upset about this unsightly gash, but maybe my skin was difficult to work with, I don't know. Everyone was very nice and Thelma was very attentive and considerate. Some pros and cons, so 3 stars for an overall average experience.
