  • First and last time here. I am new to the area so I figured I would try them. When I first sat in the chair, I was concerned about how the equipment was sterilized (my background is Public Health, so I am all too aware of the importance of properly sterilizing equipment that may come into contact with blood). I asked the technician and a man replied that they sterilize everything and pointed to some of her equipment in a blue liquid. The clippers she was using on me, however, were not taken from there and I witnessed the same clippers being used on the next customer after me, sans "blue liquid sterilization". What prompted me to write this review is that I saw other people offered beverages - I was not and most importantly a lady came in started soaking her feet in the chair next to me, but the chair did not recline so she requested another on the other side of me. The gross thing that happened next is that no one ever emptied the bowl of the water, no one disinfected the bowl, and another customer came right in plopped her feet in the previously used water and then received services. Oh and I forgot, during my "All Out Pedicure", part of the bowl's fixture came off during the pedicure. Needless to say, I will not be back.
