  • I'm a big fan of Carson St. Deli! The selection of local craft beer is wonderful and they have several coolers of beer selections to do a mixed six pack! The staff is always friendly and helpful when doing takeout / ordering via phone. The bar area is great, rarely is too crowded but there's always a seat somewhere in the place. There are several TVs and it isn't the crazy atmosphere that most other Carson St. locations have during games so it's a great go-to spot to see some hockey! Warm weather... the patio is amazing! It is so quiet and secluded that even on the craziest of party nights in the southside you still feel like you can enjoy your beer and sandwich in peace. I love the outdoor area, and there are probably close to 10 tables so it is spacious enough for larger groups. And lastly, the food - Such great deli sandwiches, sides, and occasionally I'll try one of the desserts they have available. I haven't yet had the soup, but am never disappointed with anything I have there. The Club sandwich is my go-to, great meat ratio and the bread is perfect! Helpful tip: sometimes they have extra bread loaves on the bar that they give away for free! Yes!
