A new pretty good not your typical American Mexican restaurant...you can taste the quality in the ingredients. Here is what was ordered:
Smoking Bandito - Pretty good flavor from the infusion with the adobada with a smokey, light chili savory taste to the sweet and sour from the lime and tequila.
Guacamole - Real fresh avocados with real good flavor...green salsa was fire with that garlic but the red was so so....
Queso Bandito - who doesn't like queso and chips...fire
Seafood Ceviche - Not the best ceviche i had....tasted and felt more like poke then ceviche
Chicharron & Arugula - One of those salads you can eat everyday and not get tired of it. It was spicy and salty from the pork belly chicharron...one of the highlights of this restaurant
Pulled Chicken Flautas - ehhhh...like my homies say "there are better things on the menu"
Tacos - Tried at least one of each...you can tell the freshness and quality of the ingredients with the Carnitas and Chicken Tinga my favorites....
Brick Pressed Roasted Chicken - the rice that it comes with for some reason was fire...so is the elote corn....chicken is good and is a solid dish.
Carne Asada & Chicken Tinga Enchiladas - Excellent and done well and the rice is fire.
Margartia Cheesecake - similar to a keylime cheesecake...
Overall this is a great addition to the Las Vegas scene and offers an excellent take on Mexican food in a trendy setting
