This review is solely based on their AYCE sushi.
When we got here the place was very quiet and not alot of people were eating. We have been so excited to try this place but haven't gotten around to it and finally saw the huge billboard and took it as a sign to eat here.
When we first were greeted the hostess took us to the back and was going to sit us at the bar. We asked if we could get a table instead and she said well no all the sushi is eaten at the bar. Then we looked around and saw a few other tables that people were eating sushi at.
Shen then proceeded to say that she could seat us at a table but that "It would be more convenient for us in case we get a group of 4 or something". This was told to us even though there was only 3 other tables occupied out of the maybe 30 they have.
Regardless we sat at the bar and ordered away. The pork buns and eggrolls were delicious but that it pretty much where it ends.
The selection of rolls was extremely limited and had maybe 10 options to choose from. I get it, they were made with good ingredients but nothing tasted extraordinary to be a good sushi AYCE place.
The chefs that were preparing it seemed miserable and no smiles at all when the sushi was brought to us.
If I wanted mediocre sushi and frowning faces, I would have easily just gone to a closer place for a cheaper price instead of driving all the way out the the M for this kind of service.
Also, unfortunately, there is not dessert that is included in the AYCE menu :/ So disappointed in this. May come back and order from regular menu but never again for the sushi AYCE. There are better, cheaper, more delicious options out there.
