To follow-up on my previous review, I was in San Diego on vacation this weekend when my car battery unfortunately died. I immediately called my salesman, Nic Trillo to verify that it sounded like a battery issue. With a quick explanation of what was happening, he confirmed that it was a battery issue, and immediately text me the number to roadside assistance so I could have my car towed or jump-started, allowing me to get to the nearest Land Rover dealership. Nic checked in multiple times to make sure that things were taken care of, and offered timely solutions to make sure that I didn't spend my vacation dealing with car repairs. It's incredibly refreshing and rare to have a salesman who continues to support the customer post-sale, and I am incredibly appreciative of his dedication to his customers.
