  • I actually created this profile with the intent to write this review. Let me start by saying I do not work for, know anyone, and not affiliated with Crestmount Cadillac. So my opinion is very much from my heart. When I first arrived at Crestmount Cadillac (CC), before I could even get out the car, I was greeted by a sales man. He took into the lobby and I waited (not long) for Gary. Gary was very polite and welcoming. He focused on my needs and not just my wants. He showed me one of the best looking Chevy Impalas I've ever seen. It had all the bells and whistles. It was well taken care of and it was impressive by far. The next person person was Jamie the fiance manager. He was very inviting and was very informative about credit and how credit and everything worked. Jamie did everything that he could to make me comfortable and he worked hard to get me into a car. And I appreciate that. In the end I walked away with nothing; however, when I do get a chance to actually go purchase another car, I will be choosing CC. They showed me what good customer service will do for you. It will create long last customers even if you walk away with nothing.
