  • Let me walk you through this... you walk in and request whatever service you need. Next, pick your color and are seated immediately. Place your feet in the hot water and wait...and wait...and wait. 40 minutes later, cold water and wrinkled toes, they begin. No one says anything to you while you wait. They don't tell you that you'll even have to wait when you sit down. If you have time to waste, they do good nails...when they listen! Pay attention to what they're doing otherwise, you'll look down and see something you did not ask for. If you're a stickler for time, accuracy or customer service, go somewhere else.
