If there was a way to give 0 I would, I had an issue with my vehicle and had to use the "warranty" through carmax and even though I provided maintenance records showing I have been taking care of the vehicle ever since I got it they denied the claim. I attempted to call CarMax because I felt I was being penalized on what the previous owner did since I took care of the car. They were so rude from people lying about being managers when they weren't, being hung up on while waiting and not called back and especially the general Manager David Morris he continued to tell me not to interrupt him when I was trying to talk to him and he would say things that were not correct and when I tried to explain to him why I was trying to get his help he kept getting frustrated. I kept trying to work with him but he was so unprofessional I told him I would file a complaint with the BBB and he said fine go ahead I don't care I am done talking to you. I am a 59 year old man and have never been more did-respected in my life. I hope the right person see's this and doesn't make the same mistake I made and trust CarMax with their hard earned money.
