  • I went to get my nails removed yesterday, and she asked if I wanted it soaked off. Rookie mistake was saying, "whatever works." I didn't think we would go through the process of clipping, and ripping some of my nail off. We also talked about getting a gel manicure after, and she said it should be okay. After seeing what my thumb looked like, it was not okay. I trusted that we would do the right thing for my nail, but that's my fault for being naive. I'm giving it 3 stars because the atmosphere is great, and everyone is super nice. Also, my previous visit was positive - my nails turned out great. But after this visit, I won't be going back.
