rev:text	Bought tickets online and got charged a $5 "convenience fee." BUT, even if you buy tickets online you still have to wait in the box office line to pick up your tickets. There is no convenience. Total complete theft of $5. In the auditorium the vinyl armrests were torn and ripped up. One seat in our row was completely broken and just covered with a black plastic trash bag. Laughable. TOTAL. LACK. OF. PRIDE.
