  • I have been a member for years and today I discovered that they changed the amount you must maintain to get a free savings account. So for the last few months it's been costing me $12 a month to save money. That's crazy. I went in and asked for my money back and they refused. So I closed my saving account. Next week I will cancel my checking account and my credit card. Loyalty doesn't mean anything to this bank.
